- Aviary ( Can breach during storms )

- Petting zoo (Like a normal standard paddock, just smaller and cuter)
- IMAX Theater ( A wide selection of videos to watch)
- Underwater observatory ( Connected to a deep lagoon)
- The Mosasaurus Feeding Show ( Connected to a deep lagoon)
- Mosasaurus lagoon ( Connected to a deep lagoon)
- Botanical Gardens
- Bamboo forest
- Golf course
- Monorail repair station (Sometimes monorails may derail or need repairs)

- Old visitor center
- Bone shaker
- Geothermal Power Plant
- Maintenance tunnels
- Marine facility ( Connected to a deep lagoon)
- Tour route
- Tour cars ( Can be driven on request)

-Maintenance alleys (Things found around Main Street)
-Toilets
-Info booths
-First aid rooms
-Call centers
-Direct placing for many items
- Mostly stuff found in zoo tycoon
- More vehicles (Such a MVU or a van. Even boats)
- A wide selection of fences and gates. Used for cosmetic and containment purposes
(Such as the construction wall found around all buildings, or a large access gate)
