More Censorship, Please

Can we get some more people to edit my posts and re-arrange my words, even type words in that I didn't type?

I've been heavily moderated, many times before as is the nature of my personality and what I do but I have never, not even once had a moderator actually EDIT my post into what, "they" think it ought to say.

This is absolutely ridiculous and completely invalidates this forum for me and many others. Are these even my words that you're reading or are they injected censored british propaganda?!

That's something you should talk with the mods, not us.

Erm, I'd very much like to know if the mods indeed engage in such shady tactics. As such, it is very much of interest to me and probably to a non-trivial number of other players.

The mods do as they see fit to keep this place with a modicum of respect and order.
If a post gets edited or closed or moderated and you take umbrage with it, PM the mod.
Questioning mod decisions on the forum is also against the rules.

Honestly, if stuff like that is really being done, I'd also like to know about it. I'd understand if somebody who isn't great at English or has dyslexia explicitly allowed a moderator to make their posts more readable, but mods shouldn't go around and edit people's posts for no good reason. If a post is deemed inappropriate, delete it. If it isn't, keep it as is.

Closing - please discuss moderation actions by PM, not in public.

As explained in the forum rules, the moderation team edit posts to comply with the rules described there. When a post has been edited, "Last edited by <user>" appears at the bottom of the post. The mod team generally try to specify a reason for editing, but you can always click the text for your own posts to see their editing history.

Note: I added this line a few minutes after creating the post - you should see "Last edited by Andrew Sayers" below.
