More faction ships pve/pvp

Some more faction specific ships would be great purely for visual diversity. The feds, imps, alliance and independents fly basically the same ships with the exception of the obvious few, adding an imp, alliance, independent equivalent of a vip3/4 (and preferably more) would give the player more tactical options in pvp while in pve, giving each faction their own ship sets.
