More immersion, more thought.

Would love to see far more immersion in game, I feel as a solo player that the Thargoid intervention all sounds nice however taking them down seems to be a group/mulit player/ wing thing so solo players can mainly just watch, this seems very similar to when Wings where created, then multi crew, fine if you have lots of groups and coop play however nothing really for Solo players that seem to get a raw deal once more.

However back to the immersion I am hoping that Frontier will be looking more closely into more immersion in the upcoming updates for example.

With the advent of more and more clothing or space suits for our holome avatars does this mean we will be space walking soon.??
Getting our space legs would be a great feature however it must have immersion with it, for example leaving our ship both in space and stations, being able to to search INSIDE wrecks in space and not just looking around not inlikesome of the features currently in game as is, it's nice to look at new content but we need immersion and interaction with it as well.

Atmosphere planet landing I wont go into detail here as this is the top most wanted in game feature currently to date.

More wrecks and sontent to be found both in space and more so on planets, planets are huge and can take players hours days weeks to find anything, WE all a surfae scanner to speed up the grind vonvertingone of the already scanners we have in game should be the way to go.

More new ships and no more rehashes of current ships, I feel this is the lazy design method, most elite players already know that past editions of the game have plenty of ships and yes the long awaited Panther Clipper as well :) we all understand that balancing is always on frontiers mind, but would be nice to get a couple of extra ship sper year.

Planet bases need wear and tear BIG TIME I have mentioned this many times that when looking around stations they look all very new and shiny but they so NEED weathering dust etc. This is also the same as wreck ships on planets being honest these look awful like no attention has been given to these at all just placing a base model ship down with some lumpy mud around them, it looks bad and looks like a lazy design feature with no thought at all.

these are just some of my personal suggestions that need improvement and things that need attention as well as new conetent that we need ingameas soon as possible, which would be more required than creating a single focused game play instead of looking at ways to improved the already available content.

I'm not sure I want my pilot outside the ship, what with him often flying about headless and all...

And yes, that's a tad sarcastic from me.

Not sure how this is going to work, given that there is next to nil work on character POV, let alone animation sets for the pilot/commanders.

Yep... And we're still waiting for this.

The rest seems all right (once I cut through what I suspect is dyslexia...)... With the exclusion of this bit...

You are aware these surface bases are in an airless void.. So wear and tear based on Solar Winds and debris from the planet takes significantly longer to occur than it would with a planet with an atmosphere. While it's possible there would be meteorite scoring; anything larger than a than a truck would cause significant damage that repair crews would be replacing sections of walls and structure.

I suggest reading Jack McDevitt's book Chindi to get an idea between what you're seeing in your mind's eye and how much time for that to happen in an airless void.
