General More ingame stuff.

Fighters:
- More ude of the fighter, more options like, go scan ships, stay close, stay fare away
Follow that target, protect that target ect.

- data link:
When i a group, group members should automatic resieve data like scannes from eachothers, resieve radar cover picture and ect.

- why have more than ONE fighterbay and more than ONE hired gun if you cannot launch 2 Fighters.

- be able to give formation command to fighter. (Fighters)
 
I have been thinking recently that it would be nice once a fighter pilot has reached a high enough standard to be able to give them slightly more complex instructions, not enough to help the people who want to automate playing out of the game but a little more than now.

Such as lure/drive the target to me, or hold them there while I catch up.

To be honest I would like to be able to send them off to scan or KWS a target but don’t see that being allowed.

Launching two would be useful if only to work out which of them is better when I finish ranking up the new one but again unlikely to happen.
 
I can answer that one at least. 2 bays gives you less downtime between SLF destructions.
100% this. In my Massacre-stack doctrine, I use a twin fighter bay because, by the time I leave one USS and hit the next one, the next fighter hasn't been manufactured (because equally, i don't have the SLF return, i just jump out and let it self destruct)

It also lets you carry diverse fighter options... e.g one laser stack, one MC stack for different damage types
