I really enjoy doing the ground missions, but even the ones that are turn on this or fix this have scavengers that show up. It used to be once in a while that they would show up, but now it seems like every mission I have to fight my way through enemies to do something simple. I know most will find that boring, but we have so many combat missions, can we get some that don't require a rifle?

This just goes back to the problem with the bubble being homogeneous. There are no safe zones or dangerous zones in the bubble. No risk for more reward, no milk runs. Just boring sameness all over.
