More NPC Traffic

Can we get more NPC traffic in general? Even just more NPC trader traffic? Currently I can spend 20 minutes or more in an agricultural system and not see a lakon ship.. it's weird and more specifically it takes a long time and also makes material grinding difficult.

Yes agreed!! Use the system population as a scale the bigger the population the more traffic you see. Incorporate states so if it's in famine there could be more transport ships or in war state you see more combat ships. That would make the ship scanning for materials a bit easier. I don't think I've seen a NPC type 10 yet.
