How? There are Himalayan Brown Bears in Captivity and Bengal Tigers are just not as common as Sumatran Tigers

Since there is not even one in Europe and USA I thought that it is the case

I know zootierliste. Those bears from Czech Republic came from Russia. Maybe you’re right but I’ve read that bears that origin from Russian zoos are not exactly pure specimen. Same thing with tigers. But ok.
