More ride updates?

My guess is probably. They have usually done an update every month, so I'm sure we'll get some more before November.
The only thing I'm really curious about is if we'll get another update this month. It seems that they do the updates towards the end of the month, but with getting the Steel Vengeance update, I'm wondering if it counted as our August update. They'll be at Gamescom so let's see if they say anything there.

The next big update for Planet Coaster is suppose to take place at the October 7th expo.

It is supposed to be announced at Frontier Expo on October 7, 2017. The release date for this update is not yet announced.

1.4 update is coming so i can see a horror maze to be added.
