More small SRV hangars, with rebuilds

Higher-grade hangars. A little more power and tonnage, but they can assemble extra SRVs like hangars.

Slightly larger hangars- like size 3 hangars of the same low grade, same power, extra ton, but extra SRV rebuilds. (If you have a size 3 slot with a size 2 hangar, you could get a size 3 and have a spare if you mess up.)

I totally agree. After having experienced the rebuilds in a fighter hangar, it doesn't make sense to only allow me the one (or two in the higher class) SRV without the ability to rebuild
