More Squadron Mgmt and Wings

Please allow for greater squadron controls like more than one main leader

Also allow for Wings to join Wings so that people with heal beams from another wing can heal those in the accompanying wing.. better for instancing and larger actions. However the change or better verbage is needed. The vernacular is all wrong.

To use Eve Online as an Example

Fleet - Wing - Squad

The Main Fleet has Multiple Wings that have individual Squads. All instanced together

So in Elite allow for

Squadron - Company - Wing (the current squad)

Forget about heal beams, they will get removed anyways. it's a broken tool.

And if you want to join another wing, just keep an eye on one of the pilots from the other wing and drop into their wake.
