I'd be pretty happy with more staff/guest options. It's weird to me you can't have DPG or DFW staff with guests. Plenty of wildlife conservation parks in real life allow guests to come and see the animals. Basically every zoo in the world is run for the purposes of conservation that use guest admissions to fund their efforts.
