Wooden is quite lacking in the types of trains that generally operate on them. It would be nice to see some other types, such as PTC-Style
Maybe some bench style classic trains (It is wooden, after all, why not have some class?)

Century flyers by NAD (Such as on Conneaut Lake's Blue Streak) would be absolutely beautiful to see in such a game, and would really add to classic-style woodies, and really any old style trains.
These are just some of my suggestions for woodie trains. They would be awesome to see, and would really add to the already versatile coaster building.
