Odyssey has a few fun weapons. Especially rocket launcher. But it needs a few more. These are in my eyes a
hitscan railgun sniper. Charge time and high recoil/bolt action is balanced by hitscan nature and very high damage.
Handheld beam laser rifle. Highly effective against shields. Less effective against armor, drains batteries quickly.
LMG a belt fed 100 round mag light machine gun. Very high damage, rate of fire but high recoil, slows player movement when being used.

Imperial elimenator. (Takada/Gutamaya) Styled in classic imperial curved and rounded styling (like ships) this laser weapon is strong against shields but also strong against armor. Uses a big railgun charge like laser burst. Strengthen's user's shields by 30% and increases recharge time by 15% Doing high damage but requiring a long reload after.
Federal carbine "court martial" (Core Dynamics/Kinematic)
A 200 round 500 RPM, belt fed gatling gun. Able to switch between incindeary and regular rounds when mag empty. Slows player movement when equipped, reload takes 6 seconds which must be stationary for the player. Has front facing shield to protect user that can get damaged with incoming fire.
