Mosasaurs able to hunt flying and ground creatures

What do you mean "at this time"
The Aquatics tanks as they are constructed and function as we've seen so far, prevents any interaction with anything existing outside the tank. Think of the 'lagoons' as upside down JWE Aviairys.

"At this time" literally means at this time, until Frontier changes how they are constructed and add dynamics to interact with the outside world, it will not be possible. Just remember it took 2yrs and a new game to get the Pteranodons and flying reptiles to exist and interact with the world outside the Aviary.

Animations for both behaviours already exist however. The Zara animation, so to speak! And the Indo-snatching.

I'm sure (or at least I hope) everyone knows that by their very nature the aquatic animals simply won't be nearly as much of a threat to guests as the dinosaurs and fliers are. They can't crawl onto land and chase people down, plesiosaurs can't raise and wave their necks around like in the movies and their heads are too small and necks too thin to swallow a person. Mosasaurus may be able to beach itself and grab an escaped dinosaur that wanders too close, but that's likely to be the extent of it. We wanted them more than anything, yes, but we also need to curb our expectations and daydreams of mass guest slaughter by marine reptile.

Naturally. But at least the bare minimum seen in the movies.

Rarely a pterosaur to at least

As IG Lord Ragtag pointed out, the way the lagoons are made does not allow much interaction. For example, it would have been necessary to leave us the possibility of placing fences on an area of water and adding a depth system to modify these areas. On the gameplay that came out, we can see the presence of a gigantic lake near the construction area of the park, and between us I don't see why a smart person would prefer to build a gigantic lagoon, which would cost an equally gigantic sum. , rather than using an area of water already present and simply controlling it using steel or concrete walls. With this solution we could, for example, place beaches where visitors could bathe (as is the case in the Jurassic World lagoon, on the side of the hotels) and when a marine reptile is not very happy it can break barriers and advancing into the area where the beach is and potential visitors swimming. Obviously all this would require a lot of work to set up...

This made me picture the Mer-man from Cabin In The Woods. 🤣

That is the bare minimum. It only ate one person who had to be dropped into the lagoon by the Pteranodons, one of the Pteranodons who did it, and the Indominus rex who was standing right next to a part of the rim where the railing was destroyed.
