Most action packed nav beacons/xtraction zones?

I find most Nav Beacons very hit and miss. Seems to almost be a randomly generated thing. Sometimes I get loads of Asps with 40K+ bounties, other times, I get a bunch of Sidey's with <1000cr bounties...
