Most earned in a day?

I know there's a couple Elite Traders out there, curious if they kept track of the most they made in a day.

I was surprised to see I had made 50 million a couple hours ago, then said screw it, 10 more then I'll sleep :p

So, 60m for me today, getting about 6m/hour. Heard some people have been getting 8m/hour using the Seeking Luxuries, but I've never found one with the right prices to do it.

Time to go pass out :x

That's quite a lot you've made in one day, must have been a lot of trading.

I can't remember for a single day, but I did make 70 million over the course of one weekend, which I think was around 40 million on one day,

I gave Seeking luxuries a try, but it was damaging my reputation, and as the whole reason for me working in the system was to build rep I stopped using it.

That is a lot of concentration and effort; I applaud you. The most I've managed is about 15M in a day and I nearly entered a station in my T9 without docking permission on my last one as I was getting more and more distracted. My hourly rate is much the same as yours but I'm not sure I could keep going for that amount of hours.

It damages your reputation? How's that work, I only tried selling to them a couple times, and was only getting like 200k/trip, so I passed :p

Let me guess, Type 9 stripped to the bones?

Nah, Anaconda with a 4-5 minute trip each way. About 2700/round trip. Commodities are/were bugged and not changing from High to Med or anything, so I just kept on the same route all day.

Yeah, I usually get bored after a couple hours, and either log out or do something else. Or I often stop between trips to read forums etc. or go eat or whatever. I was around almost all day and able to play so did a ton of trading. Trying to get enough to build an amazing Python :p

The most I've made so far with my type 6 (100 tons) in one trip is something around 130k, so not much in one day... I'm far behind you guys :D (and :()
I don't seem to find the right routes...

Most I ever did was 5.5 million/hour in a type 9 with 500 tons of cargo space, 1300 profit per ton in each direction, 13 minute round trip. Then I moved to an anaconda hoping I could earn more with its better jump range, fuel efficiency and general speed. Although it is much more nimble, each system jump you do only saves you 30 seconds and the extra manoeuvrability only shaves another 30 seconds off the entire trip. Considering you lose 100 tons of space it ends up being about equal in terms of profitability, or just a bit less.

All in all the type 9 is the big money earner for anyone shifting commodities, even with its sucky speed. You just can't argue with 500 tons of cargo space.

Yup. I just found the Type 9 really not fun to fly. The Anaconda is much more fun, and can have some pretty sweet weapon loadouts too, and still be able to jump far :p

Well in my first day in the Type-7 i managed to scrap together 10 millions, and considering that my Type-7 will have max cargo when i start grinding tommorow witj the fact the civil war which pushed profits down is over, i can expect even more.

The same for me. I was so happy to finally get out of Type9 even though it made me about 50mil on "seeking luxuries". The interior of Type9 is not bad I also didn't have any problems fitting it into the gate but numbness of the control kills everything. On contrary Anaconda gives you the feel of a big ship not by the way it handles and not by hitting the gate with its aft from time to time but the way you see it as a huge tanker:)
