Hardware & Technical Motherboard won't boot after bios update

I just USB flashed my ASRock Z68 bios to 2.10, and although all messages said the update was successful and I can get into the UEFI setup utility, Windows won't actually boot. It just keeps blue-screening saying 'boot device inaccessible'. i52500K.

Any advice would be gratefully received!!!
