Thanks!OK, so a couple of things you might like. First off there's the Planetary Circumnavigation Club - at its essence a forum thread a bit like the "Sagittarius A* visitors list" where I try to gather together all the commanders who have successfully circumnavigated a planet, but also a community of like minded people who are into this activity.

Then there's the currently ongoing circumnavigation by Rustnsawdust which is well worth following as it's a really good read, very similar to the OP here.
Second time around
I also have this thread which includes some cool places to visit if you like mountains, and especially if you like throwing yourself off the top of those mountains: a-guide-to-good-base-jumping-locations
Oh and finally, I did write an article on SRV driving for Sagittarius Eye magazine a while back which then got re-made into a video version. It's more about driving/flyving fast but there's a bit on climbing in there too.
Yes, I've been following Rustnsawdust; it's a terrific story. I do plan to try it myself and have a moon ready, but given that the next stage of the Golconda saga starts tomorrow, I'm prepping an armed freighter for Upaniklis as we speak.
Thanks for the links, they're great!
