Mouse/Keyboard starter controls, as a new player with mouse and keyboard I really dis liked the default controls, really horrible way to start and might put people off. Just some small adjustments and I was flying loops around asteroids with ease and was way more natural.
I switched thrust forward / back to mouse wheel plus W/S with 10% increments.
Roll I switched from mouse (which was horrible) to Q/E
Mouse X-Axis then took over YAW with Mouse Y-Axis on Pitch
Then A/D for side thrust
This made it instantly far easier to fly and way more natural, also more traditional from other space games.
Any way to avoid putting people off having to work it out and fiddle before even starting a training mission, might be a suggestion to change the default controls, new players would appreciate it I think.
