Newcomer / Intro Mouse not working

Hello All,

Newbie here. Just installed Elite Dangerous onto my PC (Quest 2 with Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS). Going into Training and get as far as Auto Launch, when the mouse stops working. I cannot select Auto Launch, or anythingfor that matter.

Hoping this is dumb question with an easy fix, but after 2 hiurs of trying I can’t find it.

Any help most appreciated.

You don't use the mouse to navigate the HUD - you use your HOTAS / kdb etc. Check your keybinds. The manual explains all that, there's a link in the launcher.

Use 'Q' and 'E' to navigate info tabs, Arrow keys for navigate in those and Space for enter. You can change them to whatever you want, but I think that's the default.

I tried using a xbox controller on PC but seem to run out of buttons what should have happened?
