Please check centre of image for small blue dot. Is there setting for switch this thing off? For ships I know is there mouse widget option, but for onfoot play I was not able find something similar.

It's called a crosshair, and I don't think you can, at least not by itself. You can try Ctrl-Alt-G but that'll turn off the entire HUD.
Thx for reply/info, I forgot about that HUD off option, will use it for screenshots taking.
Be careful though. I think default keybind responsible for throwing grenades is "G", therefore I tossed grenades couple of times trying to turn off HUD, before I decided to change it. Might be dangerous when you're doing that at settlements with cranky guards
Why wouldn't you just use the camera suite?
