Hey, guys.

Only a couple of people saw my new ride...I think it got missed because it was buried in my park thread. I'm really proud of it and I hope you'll take the time to watch the POV! It's fun...really! [big grin]

So Kaleidoscope Piers added a new multi-million dollar darkride/coaster to the park. It's called MOUSETRAP FACTORY and it follows a group of mice set out to outsmart the factory cat, Jezebel, and sneak into the cheese storage cooler to eat the cheese. It's a super-fun, zany journey. The ride is an extreme wild mouse, of sorts, with over-banked turns, extreme reverse-banked turns, and inversions.

If that was a blueprint it would be downloaded gazilion times! It looks rather heavy on the amount of pieces though. While your factory looks awesomly factory-like on the outside, I realy like the cartoony look and feel you created inside. The lit cat-eyes are another great idea that works out rather well.
It's also fun your coaster is quite realistic in terms of ride-time: others tend to overrun that when creating highly themed coasters. I lost my feel for orientation in the POV though. :D

Mousetrap Factory - now on the workshop!

I created a custom soundtrack file to use as the ride's music.
Get it here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/db91zt9f77noodh/Mousetrap_Factory_custom_soundtrack.mp3

Place the file on your computer here:

C:\Documents\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\UserMusic

In the game file, select the “Mousetrap Factory custom soundtrack” file for the ride’s music.
Run the ride with only one car to use the custom sound file so the music and effects will be synchronized properly. Otherwise, it runs smoothly with 5 or 6 cars (I use the Mad Professor music).

The moment they announced Planet Coaster I thought of you. I remember all your awesome stuff from the RCT3 days. I was hoping you would get into PC.

Thanks so much, guys! I re-uploaded it today with a few fixes. I added an on-ride photo booth under the stairs (really just an info stall so peeps can buy express passes). And I fixed some disconnected paths and such.

Yay! Mousetrap Factory was featured in the special darkride special with Bo and sound designer Matthew Florianz! Thanks so much to Spanky for submitting the idea to them! (it's the first one featured in the video)
