Move Vehicles Using the Move Tool

Would be great if we could reset vehicles or send a helicopter to move them with the move tool. Whenever a vehicle gets stuck somewhere it's always impossible to get them out even driving them by hand.

It would be interesting since sometimes in fact very infrequently it happens that the ground vehicles are bugean and do not find a way and do not advance until the player intervenes, it has happened to me twice in the challenge mode on different maps before update 1 .
