Hardware & Technical Moving and getting downgraded Internet

I'm moving in a month and my Internet provider doesn't provide service for where I'm moving to. I'm currently getting 105mbps download and 20 upload. I will be getting 60 download/4 upload.
2 part question:
A) Will this greatly affect my gaming experience/will this game work decently with that?
B) Regardless of that, what is minimum Internet speed I could play on without sacrificing much on gameplay experience?

The minimum internet speed ? I do not know but I think that you can get down very low. In all cases you will be widely, very widely above, with 60 and 4, in your next home

Your downgraded option is overkill for gaming. 60 down and 4up is still plenty good for downloading big files (movies) or streaming video from streaming sites, the only thing that might make you go meh is the upload speed and only if you stream to twitch and the like as 4ul isn't all that great if you want to stream at hires.

Okay Thx! Clearly don't know too much about the topic. Kinda funny actually that I can spec out a pc but don't really have a good grasp on Internet speed requirements. Thanks for the responses!

If you play open beware the up stream, my provider caps the speed and I had to move to a better package to get ED to work. That was 12 months ago, so it could be better now. The dreaded small print -aaaarrrggghhh
