Moving Animals To Habitats Inaccessible(Console)

For some reason on console I can't move animals to habitats. I made a new habitats and tried putting animals in them but I couldn't. Even when animals get sick I can't put them back into their habitats. Please fix this problem Frontier, Planet Zoo is pretty much unplayable now.

Are you sure you have staff members available to carry the animals? If all your staff is assigned to other habitats, then you can't move the animals. Also check that the game is not on pause and that all paths, gates and staff buildings are connected and have energy.

I have no work zones and there are tons of staff. I am in sandbox and disabled energy, the game is not on pause, and the habitat can be changed I just can't put animals in it

You need to have zones set up and all buildings connected to be able to transport animals to habitats

ohhh, that makes more sense, I thought work zones didn't have that big of a role, thank you
