Moving around Ship, Stations and NPC's

I know it will be a while to add the walking around part as there is a lot of characters to model and texture and the NPC conversion array. but most of the mechanics look like they are already there (from amateur look). If they have it so like the rare item found at Uzumoku low g-wings, they could have a station that has jet pack for zero-g movement, which will make the player look for the item so he can move around the ship in zero g. the player uses his flight controller to move around, and have it so when in the ship/station area the tanks keep compressed but once outside the ship or station there is only a limited amount of fuel. The only animations that has to be done would be getting in and out of seats, and maybe as some station's in the ship the character needs to hold onto a grip to interact with the module.

The NPC's they could have the same type of reaction like the stations do such as friendly,neutral,enemy, same with the NPC's as crew. you could hire a crew member from a station and you have to get the status to friendly or loyal so they don't take your ship. Or even buy a imperial slave or a slave and get them to work for you as crew and the same thing. if you get them to loyal they won't turn on you. And to get them to become loyal you have to give them gifts or more money and allow the player to set the gift,price/wage.

That's my thoughts but FD may go another way:)

I'd like to see the moving around stations/planets a bit like Assassins Creed in terms of the detail and interaction with NPCs. That would be a hell of a lot of work though I accept so I won't hold my breath.

What would be funny even at the risk of offending the more prudish would be GTA like features where you could engage in "purchased sexual release" with weird aliens, get into bar/street fights (thinking Star Wars spaceport bar)! lol

Perhaps I've gone mad. It has been a long day!
