Moving cargo, equipment etc between ships

Are we going to be able to move cargo or equipment modules between owned ships?
I took a mission and found I couldn't make the jump. My other ship at the same station could easily make the distance, but I couldn't find a way to transfer the cargo over. I'm thinking you should be able to transfer cargo as well as equipment modules, or can you already do that and I'm just missing the trick

It would be nice, especially as people start gathering a collection of ships (eventually anyway)
More so the cargo, although I understand why people want modules to be transferrable too, not something I think is needed but not something I am against either.

I hope it will be implemented, and at the moment its just a game play oversight. Even if it was just cargo I would be happy, but I don't see any reason to not include equipment, due to its modular nature.

Complete agreement here. Got to be able to move cargo at least, or missions get all screwed up when you try to upgrade ships
