Hi, I would like to shift ED to a different drive as a precursor to switching out the drive its on currently on. I know I can do a full re-install, but is there a way of shifting it. I can see the directory its on, can I get away with copying the directory structure and then pointing the launcher icon to the new drive or is there some misery lurking in the background?

Just copy and paste it to the new drive.
Drag the "new short cut" out from that new copy, to the desk top.
As this new shortcut will be from that directory drive, not the original one.
TEST the game works- actually launch the game fly about and then you should be golden.
Then and only then should you delete the old install.
