Moving FreeFall Ride like HTOT Flordia

Title says it all, I want to make a freefall ride that goes up and down multiple times to the configuration of how fast i want it and how many times i want it and how far it goes up along with a moving track just like the one in flordia hollywood tower of terror.

There is already one in the game actually, called Horror Heights.
