Multcrew Gunner: Let them use Point Defense turrets

Please
let gunner directly control point defense turrets.

they are listed as plasma repeater, and im pretty sure their damage is not totally negliable if you could use them to shoot on other ships.

Imagine how much more fun you can suddenly have in multicrew ships, starting up from the Adder (2 utility slots)
up to the corvette (8 utility slots)

make it real!

after buying the Type10 and seeing two utility slots beeing located on the spoiler -> i really would love to give my gunner more turrets
