[Multi-Crew] Option to disable gunner

We need an option to disable gunner completly.

It's annoying when a gunner don't listen and don't activate SCB when your shield is almost done. (I'm going to set a bind so i can still do that)
It's even further annoying when they shoot at cops and you are the targets of wanted ships + cops...

We should be able to disable gunner for Multi Crew recruits. We can let that role in very bad hands.

It's really easy to add.

Later you could add a vertical options in fire group to enable / Disable what the gunner can control.
 
I've dealt with this by having only gimball or fixed weapons on my ships. The Gunner has literally nothing to controls, so they end up in a fighter instead. It sucks big time on big and slow ships, like Anaconda for example, but it beats hacing to deal with cops.
 
Turret are really needed for Anaconda. You are completly outmanoeuvred by small agile ships and you no chance agaisnt their agility unless you have turrets. You are dead in the water otherwise.
My Class 4 hardpoint is set with gimballed laser. It's too hard to hit small agile ship with fixed weapoins that circle around you.

Defently we need an option to disable gunner.
