I recently had an experience with a multi-crew member joining my ship and then shooting at system authority vessels whilst I was mining in a RES site. There was no serious damage, as I got out and paid the small fine, but if I had known more about the crew member, I might not have let him on board in the first place.
If I apply for a job, I usually have to provide references. Why not add a similar mechanism to the multi-crew report page? Once the report is generated, a ship's commander can rate the crew member's performance and behaviour.
This way, other Commanders can review incoming requests to join multi-crew and see if the crew member is the kind of person they'd like aboard their ship. The higher the crew member's multi-crew rating, the more likely they are to be allowed on board for the session.
I hope this gets considered for future releases, and thank you.
