Multi-Crew SRVs

Are we ever going to see Multi-crew SRVs? My friends and I would like to take a Corvette out to a world and have one deploy in a fighter, one in an SRV and fly in the Corvette.
Or with ships that have multiple SRVs, maybe you can both deploy.

I thought you could deploy both as long as you deployed crew member first?

Haha no, multicrew anything (besides 1 fighter or turrets) does nothing.

yea it was one of the reall bumb outs of Multi-crew
on the one hand it makes sense though since your multi-crew member is just a holo-representation for a remote controle aid

Sure, but if they can control a fighter, they should be able to control an SRV.
