So why do I suggest to have multi crew training: In my experience when starting a multi crew session most 1st time users don't really know how it works. I think this makes players that don't have a good friend to practice with, reluctant to start multi crew playing. This gets even worse in the gunner role where (AFAIK) it is important to setup new controls.
