Ive been a user of Duolingo for a few years now, Ive used it to teach myself some Spanish and Japanese over the years and of course English which i now feel that i am fluent in since coming to this world.

Now i see that Duolingo have a Klingon Language course and this gratifies me greatly!

Duolingo is available on all devices, mobile app and PC web client. (see link below)

So fellow ED Forumites, give Klingon a whirl and make a Klingon happy.... today!

I'm really bad at languages. Fascinated by them, just not good with them.

Klingon is on the list, but it will be at least six-hundred years before I get to it at this rate.

One of my old friends kept getting woken in the early hours of the morning. Because his brother was drunk in the next room and often fell asleep whilst listening to conversational Klingon. And of course when your drunk your hearing requires a loud stimulus.

I often get complaints from my neighbours late at night because of my Klingon Opera, Some people are just allergic to culture.
I find that answering the door while naked tends to discourage their will to argue for very long.

I was practising the drums last weekend, really getting into it and my neighbour disturbed me by knocking on my door really loudly!. At two o’clock in the morning!! Ggghhaahhh

Drums are better when naked + you are ready for neighbours when they come knocking.

The key is Nudity.

On the subject of languages, this time for Earthlings - do people know a bout the free MOOCs available on the net? These include language ones (the Norwegian one is a shocker but others seem OK) and you can find out more at https://www.futurelearn.com/ - (Ignore the "buy unlimited access stuff - free access is just fine).

There are some great courses in many disciplines.

People really have no education and do not respect the privacy of their neighbors.
