Hello. So this game boasts EPIC MULTIPLAYER. Is this feature not part of the game yet or...? My question is, how does one find their friend to play Co-op together? We were at the same dock and I saw him (took about 30mins+ of flying around and coming back to the station to locate him) but we then said "ok meet at another station" when we get there we cannot locate each other again... What are we doing wrong? Also this only worked in OPEN PLAY we try joining groups and same location and we cannot find each other.

Newcomer / Intro Multiplayer Help Plz

You need to be in a group together. Create a group and have your friend join it, then when you are on-line together and in the same location you 'should' both be in the same server instance. Sometimes one of you may have to quit out and come back in to get it to work, but generally this is what works for me.
Just beware, if you make a group, it's only you two in the entire universe.

multiplayer does not work like normal games
(most times it dont work period )
There are no cetral servers, you connect player to player for the game play
only data like trading and such are done outside your bubble
max 32 people to a bubble, i slow internet connection inside the bubble and you all suffer
this game is basicly single player ( like offline ) but permanant internet connection required
sorry to sound negitive here but that the way the cookie crumbles
you want to play and have fun with your mate you wont get it here,, not at the moment anyway

Thanks. We tried grouping but same problem.. We cant see eachother. Do you guys think they will update/fix/add more multilayer features in time?

You can.
But you can't share bounties and such things.
You can both help eachother, but only one gets the bounty.
