Multiple Character Slots?

Hi,

Its was mentioned in the Beta Phase they we would be getting multiple character slots (3 I think) has there been any news on this? It seems to have gotten very quiet.

How would it be even humanly possible to make any meaningful headway with multiple characters?

I like the idea of multiple profiles in principle, but I it would allow you to have disposable characters that could be abused for griefing. Come across a Cmdr you don't like? Switch to an expendable profile and ram him in a space station, etc...

I really hope they dont do this as it breaks immersion. Also you can use it to avoid bounties over the 7 days which kills the whole reason the criminal system was redone
