Just wanted to leave a list of things I think need to be address ASAP before you have no player base, as everyone I know that has played F1 Manager 2024 have asked for refunds and I feel I will be following suit if your updates don't happen soon
1. Driver Contracts - After my first season I noticed that nearly every driver on the grid swapped to a different team with top tier drivers ending up a low end teams (like Verstappen and Hamilton together at RB Visa for the 25 season when Hamilton already has a pre contract with Ferrari for the 25 season, plus how does a mid tier team be able to afford Verstappen's 60mil buy out as well as Hamilton's, like come on)
Also when a driver is poached by another team and they accept the contract, we should not get a Negative buff from the driver saying they are upset that they are being replaced when they were the ones that decided to accept a contract at another team after finding a replacement for the next season.
2. Wet Weather - When it rains the game is literally unplayable as my FPS drops drastically (not my PC related - 2 x 4080t's, I9 CPU, 64 gig ram, etc)
3. Mentality - This is completely broken, you can turn a 82 rated driver like Stroll into a 90+ rated driver, and in turn making recruiting high end drivers pointless, small gains yes but not like a 10 point bonus to all stats like it is currently.
4. Affiliates - Please make this more in-depth, like the ability to manage F2 and F3 teams, driver promotions to F2 and F1
5. Tyres returned after Free Practice - If it rains on a FP1 and FP2 day on the Friday, and the rest of the weekend is Dry, and you use no dry tyres in those wet sessions the game returns nearly all your soft tyres ignoring the used tyres, plus the hard and the mediums - please put in an option to select which tyres to return as the F1 rules state "each team must return 2 sets of tyres after each practice session" does not state which tyres and the game keeps giving back all my softs leaving me with 1 set for Qualifying and the Race
6. Car Ranking - Does not reflect the cars performance, please address
7. AI Budgets - Seems like the AI literally have no Cost Cap ceiling, as the money they spend far out weighs the cost cap budget for the season
8. Staff - More staff interaction for support and updates with your player base on discord
You literally have a great foundation to make this Franchise amazing, but I feel like there is no care to update or upgrade the game
