I just noticed that in certain systems, stars are close enough to light up planetary bodies and even ships from more than one angle... in theory.
But the game seems to only light up from one light source, even if there is another one almost as close.
I mean, if a planet is 2000 Ls from its sun, and there's a binary sun that's almost as close on the other side of the planet, shouldn't that also light up the planet as much?
Same thing with the interior of ships. If there is a binary sun very close to its partner, both should light up my interior and both should cast shadows, although at slightly different angles... but I'm just not seeing that.
