I have a PC setup in one room with Elite using an Oculus headset, and it's great. However I also have another PC in the living room connected to a 65" TV. Is it possible to have one setup to use the headset and the other not to, or do the settings go with the account and I would have to keep changing them between PC's?

You can have the game on as many PCs as you want - your commander details are linked to your account and are saved on the server. Your settings on each machine (options etc) don't impinge on any other machine. Your commander progress is held on the server so is shared but your individual game logs and journals are held per machine. (You cannot have both machines running the same commander at the same time - but you can run different commanders [accounts] at the same time.)
