Newcomer / Intro Multiple Mass #s?

I still can't believe that I haven't found an explanation for this, but feel free to chastise me if the answer is written obviously somewhere.

In the outfit screen, (e.g. ), there are four numbers for ship mass.

CURRENT MASS
260.0/420.0 278.0/420.0

What do these four numbers mean, from left to right? Are the ones after the slashes always the same as each other?

260T is your current mass, while 278T will be your mass when laden (full cargo and fuel). 420T is the highest mass your ship can have, and is set by your thrusters. Better thrusters is higher possible mass.

From left to right:

Current mass/Maximum mass supported by equipped thrusters | Mass with a full fuel tank and cargo hold/Maximum mass supported by equipped thrusters.
