This should be some of admirable PvP? Dunno where to see fun in shooting obviously inexperienced cmdrs.
Putting aside 'reasons' it shows that there is too easy get moneys in ED, and cmdrs instead learn how to fly & equip properly ships spents time with grinding ranks and purchasing costly ships which are then just target practice for certain cmdrs.
It's advertisement for private groups.

My Elite Explorer status means so much to combat.
Beta backers and above have access and are not necessarily all elite

Whose fault is it that they farmed their ranks without learning how to outfit their ships.
Its like buying a PhD and then being surprised you can't perform as a DR.
Maybe we need one more rank: Basic Survival. Perhaps if players had a bar to fill there, we might not see so many 'Elite' players getting waxed in Shinrarta.
