Murder bounties on NPCs substantially increased.

This might be good to protect players from gankers but.... it also makes murder a less viable option to hurt the influence of a specific faction for BGS players. Considering that black market availability is very situational, there isn't any effective way to target a specific faction. Bummer

FD desperately need to develop mechanics and rewards to enable antagonistic behaviours. It's the most under-baked aspect of the game right now.
  • Crime and Punishment is pretty much just "and Punishment"
  • No military career path to pursue antagonism towards a major superpower like in FE2.
  • No reliable mechanism to take missions which target a particular faction (compared to the ease of taking missions which support a faction)
  • High difficulty to get Famine/Lockdown/Bust/Civil Unrest against non-anarchy factions, compared to the ease of achieving Investment/Civil Liberty

And we do still miss quite a lot of QoL improvements... like ship loadouts, possibility to send ships and stuff ahead of the CMDR, better UI for storage (and may be more slots), markets for materials, removing mods grants materials or also let us buy some pre-modded modules from engineers.. etc.
