Must Military Installation (Orbit) and Hub (Planet) in the same planet tree?

Hi!
Does anyone know if a military installation (orbit) has to be in the same planet tree as the planet on which the military hub is located? Or can the military installation also be placed on a non-landable planet with only one slot somewhere else in the system?

No, it can go anywhere in the system.

Dependencies like that are just "you have to have one somewhere".

yep, same like the Industry/mining space installation you need for T2 Industrial Hubs. You just need one, not even in an Asteroid-Field or GG-Ring. just somewhere....
