Go there (https://www.edsm.net/en/galactic-mapping#6/971/0/21307|minorPOI|1676) then go to the Tourist Installation.
Look around and admire then boost away for 120 km towards the Black in Green beacon and admire the dancing stars in front of you
Best non-nebula POI so far.

Just been there. A really cool installation, too bad we can't land there. Now I'm already on my way to the Great Annihilator.
Edit: BTW, it kinda is a nebula POI.

Its an amazing site. I've been super impressed with how well organized the route and planning has been on distant worlds. As a new player I would never have been able to find any of these things without the maps and reference points.
