This is just my own speculation, hopes and wishes, since others have made them I'm going make one for me too. Just a list of animals, not separating them into pack ideas.
We will have 23 habitat animals for 2023 if Frontier does keep with 4 DLC alternating between Animal and Scenery Pack, and 1 anniversary gift. So here goes:
We need more habitat birds so I'd ideally love to see an average of 2 birds per each of the 4 packs. It could also just be 1 bird for Scenery Packs and 3 for animal packs. The 8 birds for me would be:
Shoebill Stork
Kiwi (any species
Scarlet Ibis
Secretary Bird
Swan (any species)
Greater Roadrunner
Pelican (any species)
Marabou Stork
The 15 habitat mammals I'd like to see, are a mix of my own top 7 (many of which are in the Meta list top 10), additional primates per community wants, and a couple of higher requested animals and a family not yet explored yet:
Wolverine
Red River Hog
Crested/Caped Porcupine
Sloth (any species)
Tasmanian Devil
Spectacled Bear
Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo
Baboon (any species)
Gibbon (Lar or White Cheeked)
2 New world primates - Howler Monkey, Spider Monkey, Squirrel Monkey and a Tamarin would be good choices.
Fossa
Walrus
2 Rabbit/Hare species - Hadn't really thought about them much before to be honest, but with the Farmlands pack idea gaining traction these could be a great choice. It would explore a group of animals not explored so far, and if they go that route getting 2 of them would be great.
