My account seems to have disappeared

Think its back up now.
Got the blue launcher and was successfully able to get in to the game.

It was still orange for me. Did a workaround:

Options>Log out all machines
Log in to Launcher
Options>Check for updates

Then I did get a message "Please install the game"
After 5 sec, it turned blue and had a 'Play' button.

Maybe its just luck?

this is still not working i log in and get a purchase message. i have even restarted my PC

Shop website is broken, launcher shows "purchase". Last time I had that, had to reenter steam keys on website.

Chrome warns me:
