Hi, my advanced account is gone: BBalboa! Suddenly I'm back in Mawson Dock as a beginner! I play on Steam and have bought the following games at different times: 1. Elite Dangerous, 2. ED Horizons and then 3. ED CommanderPack! I mainly played with the Commander Pack and have made the furthest there! I think since the last update I'm back in Mawson Doc with all the games. I don`t know why. I tried to re-establish the old link with different registrations (3 e-mail accounts) at Frontier, if it works with CommanderPack, then you stay in beginner mode! Can someone help me why this happened?

1, 2 and 3 are all the same game 3 is just 2 with some repaints.
You need to contact support as it sounds like you maybe bought the game 3 times with different email accounts - if so then they should all work.
