Not sure why the window lights seem to twinkle :S, they shouldn't as you can see by this even shorter close-up...

Wow Andrew, it's getting better and better!

Maybe you should check if anti-aliassing is checked on. That could be causing the flickering of the lights as they are only a few pixels of size in the first video. AA looks at surrounding pixels and creates an intermediate. Smaller featrures can suffer from that.

Or mayby you are creating interlaced frames?
